Applicants must meet the applicable property, program, income, household-size, and occupancy requirements. All adult household members are subject to verification and screening, which may include identity, income, assets, household composition, rental history, credit history, and criminal background. Applicants must provide complete and accurate information, submit required documentation, and demonstrate the ability to meet the financial and other obligations of the lease. Specific qualifications vary by property and housing program and will be reviewed with applicants by the on-site manager.
How to Apply
We anticipate offering online applications in early 2027. Until online leasing is available, please visit the on-site leasing office during posted office hours to obtain and complete an application. You may also email the leasing office to request an application. A $25 application fee is required for each household member age 18 or older to complete the required screening process.
